Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins Recipe That’s Naturally Swe

Ingrédients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup oat flour or almond flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.

In a bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Divide the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool slightly and enjoy a fluffy, naturally sweet, high-protein treat!
