Beef Mezbhani Curry

2 onion
3 Bay leaf
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
4 cardamom
2 cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Mejbaan masala pack
1 tsp garam masala
2 tomato
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except Garam Masala in a cast iron pot for best results.
Keep mixing till there’s natural beef oil producing.
Once there’s enough oil produced, put the lid on for 10 minutes.
Again, stir for 2-3 minutes, close the lid for 30 minutes or till it’s fully cooked. Add Garam masala.
Notes
If you are slow cooking in a cast iron pot, first cook on high heat(Medium for cola at iron) and then cook at a low heat once the oil starts producing. For example, if your stove top is out of 10, 5 would be high and 3 would be low/medium.
