Fruit Pizza

1 package of Pillsbury refrigerated Sugar Cookie dough
2 cups powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) packages softened cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Strawberries, sliced
Red and green grapes, halved
Kiwi, peeled and sliced
Any other kind of fruit you like
Apricot or raspberry jelly (homemade is the best)
Instructions
Spray a pizza pan or cookie sheet with non-stick vegetable spray and lightly flour pan. Roll out about 1/2 inch of the cookie dough onto pan. Bake according to package directions. Make sure the dough is done in the center. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Layer sliced fruit in a circular pattern over entire pizza. Drizzle with jam. You may need to adjust the temperature and cooking time for the dough, depending on how thick you roll it. If the jelly is too thick to drizzle you can thin it out with raspberry syrup. This makes a 16" fruit pizza. You can also make big cut out cookies for individual size fruit pizzas.
