Thai Coconut Chicken Marinade

Ingrédients

1 Lemongrass Sliced Stalk (White Part Only)

1 Cup Coconut Cream

1 Teaspoon Minced Galangal (Or Ginger)

4 Thai Chillies (Seeds In)

4 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Cilantro

4 Garlic Chopped Cloves

1 Lime Juiced

3 Tablespoon Fish Sauce

1 Tablespoon Sugar

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
