Creamy Cajun Alfredo

2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 red onion, very finely diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red pepper, very finely diced
A few green veg - either sliced green peppers, chopped green beans, tenderstem etc
Single cream - use this depending on how creamy you want the pasta, I freepoured about 1/4 of a carton
3 tbsp Philadelphia
200ml chicken stock
Few rashers of bacon
Cajun seasoning & salt
3 nests fresh tagliatelle pasta
Instructions
Fry your cubed chicken & bacon up until cooked through, put aside
Fry your onion, garlic, pepper until soft
Add in some green veggies
Add the chicken & bacon back in
Pour your single cream in as you go, you can use as much as you want this will just depend on how creamy it is. I used about 1/4 of a carton add your stock
Add a few tablespoons philli, I added 3
Add your Cajun, again, this can be however much you want spending on spice level. Because the dish is quite creamy you probably want quite a bit in for flavour. Add a dash of salt.
Let it simmer and reduce
After a few minutes, add your cooked pasta and allow to combine
