Roasted Chicken Thighs (Martha's)

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Marinade:
• ½ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1 t. garlic powder
• 1 t dried rosemary
Glaze:
• 2 T honey
• 1 T grainy mustard
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken 1 hour (or up to 1 day)
2. Preheat oven to 375. Arrange chicken skin side down in roasting pan with marinade. Roast 25 minutes. Turn over and roast additional 10 minutes
3. Combine honey and mustard. Spread on chicken. Broil 5-7 minutes until skin begins to crisp.
