Skinny Banana Bread

Ingrédients

4 bananas

1 egg

1 ½ c flour

1 tsp EACH bkg pdr, soda

3 tbsp brown sugar, light

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp butter, unsalted

Instructions

Grease 9x5” loaf pan (can use parchment)

Mash bananas, add egg, vanilla, sugars, cinnamon

In another bowl, stir flour, bkg pdr, soda, salt. Add prev mix.

Gently stir in melted butter. Bake at 350* for 35-45 mins. Allow to cool in pan for 5-10 mins before cooling on rack
