Mashed Potatoes

2 large russet potatoes
5-6 Yukon Gold potatoes
28 oz chicken broth
2 cups water
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp MSG
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Peel russet potatoes and dice. Dice Yukon gold potatoes with the skin on. Place in large pot. Add chicken stock and 2 cups of water. Use more water to cover the potatoes if needed. Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain potatoes and add remaining ingredients to large bowl. Use a masher or hand mixer until desired consistency.
