Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp bacon drippings
8 oz mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp molasses
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
Instructions
Mix flour and salt; dredge pork chops. Brown chops in bacon drippings. Add water to skillet, mushrooms, and onions, and cook over low heat 45 mins.
