Miso Ramen

2 servings of ramen noodles (dry or fresh)
150g ground pork
2 cloves garlic
4 green onion whites
1 knob of ginger (roughly 2 garlic cloves worth)
3 tbsp miso (red for saltier, white for lighter flavor)
1 tsp doubanjiang (sriracha or chili garlic paste works)
1 tsp sugar
700ml water
1 tsp Chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp dashi powder
White pepper
Splash of sake
Toppings:
Sesame seeds
Green onion tops
2 eggs
Corn
Instructions
Preparation:
Slice green onion
Grate garlic and ginger
Cook the egg (6:45m)
Brown the pork in a large pan.
Add ginger, garlic, green onion whites. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Heat to low.
Add 3tbsp miso, 1tsp doubanjiang, 1tsp sugar and top it with 700 ml water.
Add in 1tsp chicken bouillon and 1/2 tsp of dashi powder and a splash of sake.
Season with salt and white pepper to taste and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
