Kielbasa, Pepper, Onion and Potato Hash

1 (14 oz) package kielbasa, sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow or red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook until golden, about 8-10 minutes. In another skillet, brown kielbasa, then add onions and peppers, cooking until soft. Combine everything and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
