Ingrédients

  • 2lbs ground beef

  • 2 packets taco seasoning

  • 1 pack Hidden Valley dry ranch mix

  • 2 cans black beans

  • 2 cans corn

  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes

  • 1 can pinto beans

  • (Optional sides) Shredded cheese,Tortilla chips, Avocado, Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a 5-6qt stock pot. Cook beef until all pink is gone.

  2. Drain meat and place it into a pot (I skip this step, more fat more flavor)

  3. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and seasoning.

  4. Heat on stove at medium high until it simmers.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
