Pizza Crust

1 3/4 cups warm water
1 package yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp oil
2 cups wheat flour
2 cups white flour (add more if dough is too sticky)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and knead until elastic. Spread onto greased cookie sheet, add toppings, and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Notes
Dough is also great for pizza pockets.
