Easy Chicken Casserole

Stove Top Stuffing (prepare according to package directions)
Frozen broccoli or peas, slightly defrosted
Cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Sauce:
1 pint sour cream
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
In a casserole dish, layer prepared stuffing, vegetables, and chicken. Spread sauce (sour cream, lemon juice, soup) over the top. Top with cheese if not mixed in. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until hot.
