Ingrédients

  • 3-4 cups spring salad mix

  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • ⅓ cup peanuts or cashews

  • ⅓ dried cranberries

  • 4 radishes, diced

  • 1 yellow pepper, diced

  • Dressing of your choice but this is really yummy with citrus basil dressing (see recipe elsewhere in this app)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, make citrus basil dressing (recipe elsewhere in app)

  2. Separate all other ingredients onto four plates and top with dressing.
