Regular Pizza Dough

1½ cups warm water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons shortening
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoons dried milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup chopped onion
¼ clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
Dash of pepper
2 cups tomato puree
½ lb sausage or pepperoni
3 oz shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Dissolve salt, sugar, and shortening in warm water. Add yeast, dry milk, and some of the flour, knead for 10 minutes, adding flour as needed. Let rise till double. Roll out to fit pan, add toppings and sauce, bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
