Steak And Everything Sandwiches

Thin sliced steak (not cooked)
Chopped onion
Chopped green bell pepper
Chopped tomato
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Mustard
Sourdough deli buns
Sandwich pickles (optional)
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, and steak (not the tomatoes) in butter until meat is done and onions are translucent. Add fresh ground pepper. Add tomatoes and cook until warmed. Spread mustard on half of buns, place sliced cheese on bottom bun. Spoon sauté mixture on top of cheese, top with top bun and serve. Add pickles with the mustard if you like pickles.
Variation: Add spaghetti sauce and cream cheese to the sauté mixture with tomatoes and mix until warm before continuing.
