Taco Soup

1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes (liquid quickly blended)
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (17 oz) can corn, undrained
2 cups water
Tortilla chips, sour cream, grated cheese (for toppings)
Instructions
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix. If cooking on the stovetop, simmer for 30-60 minutes, covered. If making in a crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Pour soup in bowl and top each serving with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese.
