Pour into well greased pint jars; ones with wide mouths and no necks. Fill 1/2 full, rim and screw tight. Jars seal as they cool. Jars with lids, fabric, ribbon, and recipe give as a nice gift. Store in cupboard up to one year. To remove the cake from the jar easily, gently warm jar in sink of warm water with the lid on, just enough to shake loose. This recipe makes 12-14 pint jars.
