French Onion Pork Chops

6-8 pork chops
16oz Sour cream
2 packs french onion soup mix
Crispy fried onions
1 can green beans
Yellow baby potatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°, place a well oiled cast iron skillet in oven while preheating.
In a bowl mix together sour cream and 1 pack of French onion soup mix.
Place pork chops in a casserole dish, spread a thick layer of onion soup mix onto pork chops, add green beans around pork chops. Pour crispy fried onions on top of everything. Bake at 350° for about 30mins.
Cut baby potatoes in half, add to Instapot in steamer basket, season potatoes with S&P. Cook on high pressure for 2 mins and natural release for 5mins. When finished transfer to cast iron skillet and saute potatoes with a little butter and the other packet of French onion soup mix.
Serve when potatoes are completed and pork chops are thoroughly cooked.
