Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls

1¼ cups milk
½ cup plus 2 teaspoons butter
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
¾ cup plus ½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 (¼-ounce) package active dry yeast
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4½ cups all-purpose flour
Jam for serving
Instructions
Heat milk, butter, dry milk, sugar, and salt. Dissolve yeast with sugar in water. Add eggs, milk mixture, and flour to yeast mixture. Let rise, divide, shape into rolls, and bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
Notes
Best served with jam.
