Robyn's Green Smoothie
1 quart

2 cups filtered water
1/4 lemon with peel
2-3 tablespoons fresh refrigerated flax oil
1/2 to 1 whole apple, cut into quarters, leave the seeds
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Stevia, or 1/3 cup Agave
spinach to fill container
frozen berries (change the color)
frozen bananas (make it smooth and creamy)
other mixed fruit to taste
Instructions
Blend water, lemon, flax oil, apple, and stevia or agave until incorporated. Add spinach to fill the container and blend well. Puree greens for 90 seconds or until all incorporated. Gradually add frozen berries, bananas, and other mixed fruit to taste.
Note: Beginners start with 1/2 fruit and 1/2 greens ratio, working up to more greens. Use spinach initially, then add chard, kale, collards, or other greens. Additional suggestions: turnip tops, mustard greens, dandelion greens, arugula, lettuces, beet greens, avocado, cabbage, celery, etc. Adjust ingredients to taste and consistency.
