Salmon filet

White rice

Soy sauce

Kewpie mayo

Siracha

Avocado

Instructions

Cook white rice according to package.

Season salmon with Salt and garlic pepper, then sear in avocado oil over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side. Once fully cooked use a fork to flake your salmon.

Then assemble your bowl with rice, drizzle of soy sauce, kewpie mayo, and siracha. Then add your salmon topped with cubed avocado. Make sure to give it all a good mix before eating.
