Easy Lasagna

2 (30 oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce (I like Prego)
12 cooked Lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Cottage Cheese Mixture:
1 (16 oz.) carton of cottage cheese
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Layer in a 13x9x2 baking dish:
Sauce, 4 noodles, 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, sauce, 2/3 cup mozzarella, 4 noodles, remaining cottage cheese mixture, sauce, 2/3 cup mozzarella, remaining noodles, sauce, remaining mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350°F till hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. You may have some extra sauce left over.
Notes
For a meat Lasagna, add 1 pound of cooked ground beef or turkey Italian sausage. (I remove the sausage from the skin and cook it like ground beef.)
