Elegant Creamy Cheesecake

Ingrédients

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Pour into a 10" pie tin lined with graham cracker crust. Bake at 350°F for 30 mins. Mix topping ingredients, spread over cheesecake, and return to oven for 5 more mins. Cool and top with fruit if desired.
