Fusilli Twist

Ingrédients

1 pound fusilli pasta

2 tbsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

2 tsp white sugar

1 tsp ground mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne (more or less to taste)

Bring a pot of salted Walter to a boil. Once boiling, cook the fusilli according to package instructions.

Instructions

Mix all the spices together then set aside.

Drain the pasta and make sure it’s completely dry. Then add to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and a few tablespoons of the seasoning. Mix until coated and transfer to the air fryer.

Air fry at 390° for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Make sure you check and shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.

Once done, transfer to a bowl and immediately season with more of the seasoning.
