Manicotti with Cheese Filling

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 jars spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine cheeses, parsley, salt, and pepper to make filling. Spread sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill manicotti shells with the cheese mixture and place in the dish. Cover with sauce and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
