Ingrédients

1 cup red lentils

4-6 cloves garlic

Salt and pepper

Cumin powder

Curry powder

Instructions

Wash lentils in strainer until water runs clear

Put lentils and water in pot and let boil

Remove white foam

Stir from time to time

When lentils are yellow and soft, mince garlic and add it in

Add salt pepper cumin and curry

Cook until lentils are really soft

Lower heat

Ready in 30 minutes to 1 hour
