Homemade Syrup

4 cups sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Karo corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine sugars, water, and corn syrup. Stir until dissolved, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 10 minutes. Cool, then add vanilla and maple syrup.
Notes
Do not refrigerate after cooking; store at room temperature in a covered container.
