Low Calorie Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingrédients

½ Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Light Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley

2 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro

7 Garlic Cloves, Minced

1 Squeeze Of Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Honey

¼ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon Pepper

¼ Teaspoon Cumin

¼ Teaspoon Of Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and light mayo until smooth.

  2. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cumin. Stir well to combine.

  3. Fold in the finely chopped parsley and cilantro.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.

  5. Serve as a dip, spread, or dressing for your favorite meals!

  • Pro Tip: If you want your garlic sauce to be white, then add it after you blend.
