Soft and Chewy Caramel Popcorn

1 lb. brown sugar (2 2/3 cups)
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cube butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 qt. popped popcorn
Instructions
Heat brown sugar and corn syrup. Add butter and condensed milk. Bring to a boil, then cook to soft ball stage. Pour over 8 qt. of popped corn and stir to coat. Shape into balls if desired.
Notes
Makes 25 baseball to softball sized popcorn balls.
