BBQ Pork Slider Board with Coleslaw

4-5 lb shredded BBQ Pork
10 oz potato chips
1 small watermelon (cubed)
12 slider buns
32 oz baked beans
1 cup dill pickle slices
2 small tomatoes (sliced)
Cilantro to garnish
¼ small head green cabbage (finely shredded, 2- 2 1/2 mm)
½ small head purple cabbage (finely shredded, 2- 2 1/2 mm)
1 cup shredded orange carrot
⅓ cup Marie's Coleslaw Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
To make the coleslaw:
In a large bowl add the shredded cabbage and carrots. Add Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing and gently mix together. Salt and pepper to taste.
To make the board:
Optional to prepare the pork a day or two ahead, or to buy store-bought (like from Costco) shredded pork. Heat the pork, baked beans, and rolls (or buns).
Place 4 large bowls on a board with pork, watermelon, baked beans, coleslaw.
Build the board by adding pickles and tomato slices to the board, and filling in open spaces with potato chips.
Lastly, add the hot dishes (beans and pork), and rolls. Serve!
