Cheese Tartlets

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup light cream
1 cup grated swiss cheese
dash paprika
24 individual tart shells, baked.
Instructions
Melt butter, blend in flour. Add cream. Cook and stir well until thickened.
Remove from heat. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Stir in the paprika. Fill the baked tart shells. Place 2-3 inches under the broiler until golden brown.
