Pumpkin Cake Roll

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Beat eggs and sugar, add pumpkin and lemon juice, then fold in dry ingredients. Spread in a 15x10 pan, bake at 375°F for 15 mins. Roll in powdered sugar. For filling, combine ingredients and spread on cake after cooling. Roll and chill.
