Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwiches

1 chicken breast half per person, skinless and boneless
Sourdough bread slices, toasted with butter on the inside
1-2 slices ham per sandwich
Swiss cheese slices
Mayonnaise
Tomato slices
Instructions
Toast bread slices and spread the bottom slice with mayonnaise. Lightly flour and brown each piece of chicken in a little butter or oil. Cover the pan and cook chicken over lower heat until done. Set aside and keep warm. In the same pan, place ham slices flat, then top with Swiss cheese and heat until cheese is almost melted and ham is browning. Fold ham over to cover cheese and place on chicken on the bottom bread slice. Top with tomato slices and another bread slice. Slice in half for easier eating.
