One Step Nando’s Bowls

600g Diced Chicken Breast
240g Uncooked Rice
120g Halloumi
1 Packet Nando’s Garlic Peri Peri Rub
40g Nando’s Garlic Peri Peri Sauce
320g Passata
240ml Chicken Stock
1 Red Capsicum
1/2 Red Onion
1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste (Per Container)
Instructions
Simply split all the above ingredients (except for the halloumi) to 4 containers and mix well.
Cover with tin foil and add to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Pan fry your halloumi when the dishes are nearly ready and add over the top when you take them out.
Let them rest for 10 minutes to cool, mix well
