Low Fat Cheese Cake

Ingrédients

2 eggs, well beaten

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

12 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened

1 cup plain yogurt, drained

Graham cracker crust

Instructions

1. Mix filling ingredients well.

2. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.

3. Bake at 325°F for 40-45 mins or until middle is set.

4. Cool completely before serving. Serve with fruit filling or jam.
