1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Pecans, Chopped
1 cup Pecans, Chopped
1 stick Butter
8oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
16oz Carton of Cool Whip, Divided
1 package 5.9oz Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 package 3.4oz Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
3 1/2 cups Whole Milk
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Apply non-stick spray to the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter and mix with nuts and flour and press mixture evenly into the pan. Cook till mixture is brown, about 25 minutes. Remove and let completely cool.
2. In a bowl mix together well, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 3/4 of the cool whip and spread evenly over cooled crust.
3 In a bowl using an electric mixer, mix together chocolate Jell-0, vanilla Jell-O, and milk. When well blended spread evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of pecans.
