Scalloped Potatoes With Ham

1/2 c half and half
1/2 c butter
4 med-large Russet potatoes - thinly sliced (Pre-cook whole potatoes in microwave 4-5 min prior to slicing)
1/2 lb sliced ham cut into chunks
Velveeta cheese
Instructions
Layer potatoes, velveeta and ham in glass baking dish until filled.
Melt half and half with butter and pour over potatoes
Bake 30-45 min at 350° or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
Comfort food! This is a crowd-pleaser, but it is heavy. Serve with vegetables.
