Curry And Buttermilk Chicken Marinade

Ingrédients

¼ Cup Buttermilk

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Curry Powder

½ Teaspoon Tumeric

½ Teaspoon Hot Sauce

1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients togather and wisk really well.

  2. Pour the mixture into the chicken breast and let it simmer for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
