Leticia's Cinnamon Cake

Ingrédients

1 18.25-ounce box yellow cake mix

1 3.4-ounce box vanilla instant pudding

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup water

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon butter flavoring

Nut mixture:

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Glaze:

1 cup confectioners sugar

3 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix cake mix and instant pudding together. Add oil, water, and eggs. Beat at high speed for 6-8 minutes.

3. Blend in vanilla and butter flavoring.

4. Combine pecans, sugar, and cinnamon to make a nut mixture.

5. Sprinkle 1/4 of the nut mixture in the bottom of a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Pour 1/3 of batter on top of nut mixture.

6. Alternate layers of nut mixture and batter, ending with nut mixture on top.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes.

Glaze:

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter flavoring. Pour glaze on completely cooled cake.
