1 bunch spring onions
6 cloves garlic
1 handful coriander
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pinch sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

250g Noodles (x1 ordinary pack)
Instructions
Chop up 6 cloves of garlic then chop up a whole bunch of spring onions and a big handful of coriander.
cook noodles or pasta, save noodle water
While that cooks, fry everything in oil. Starting with your spring onion then the garlic. Grate in a little nob of ginger and then 2 tablespoons of chilli flakes.
add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Then a dollop of peanut butter.
Stir that in til its all combined, then add sesame seeds. Chuck in that coriander, then add a big pinch of sugar.
add few tablespoons of noodles water and then noodles
Toss until they’re dripping with it and then serve.
