Lorraine’s Potato Salad

Ingrédients

6 or 7 potatoes, cubed with skins on

12 boiled eggs, peeled and cubed

1 large onion, chopped

1 pint Miracle Whip

Yellow Mustard to make nice and yellow

3/4 - 1 cup milk

1 t salt

1 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes with skin on. Don’t let them get too well done! Let cool.

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Add enough milk so that it isn’t too thick. Add mustard to make it nice and yellow.

Notes

Grandma Lorraine’s potato salad is a must-have for any summer picnic meal. Goes well with Lorraine’s County Fair Barbecue.
