Ingrédients

1 c warm water

1 T dry yeast

1 T sugar

1 t salt

2 T Olive oil

2 1/2- 3 cups flour

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Wait 10 min for bubbling.

Add sugar, salt and olive oil, stir until dissolved

Combine with 2 1/2 c flour. Add flour as needed to make soft dough. Knead on countertop. Let rise 15-30 min minimum.

Bake at 400-450.
