Pizza Crust

1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup bread flour
Instructions
Add yeast and honey to warm water and stir. Let yeast activate for 15 minutes in warm, dark place.
Add remaining ingredients to yeast mixture and stir until dough forms. Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until dough forms a smooth finish. Form into ball, cover with cloth & let rise for 30 minutes.
Roll out and par-bake 11 minutes for crispy crust.
