R&D Spicy Margarita

2 oz Tanteo Jalapeño
½ oz Cointreau or Combier
2 ½ oz house-made sweet & sour
½" cut jalapeño slice
Simple Syrup:
1½ cup lime juice
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
1cup granulated sugar
1 cup cold water
1 fresh egg white
Instructions
Simple Syrup:
Combine 1½ cup lime juice, 1 cup orange juice, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup cold water, and 1 fresh egg white in a large bowl.
Whisk thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved.
Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Always give the mix a quick stir before adding to a cocktail.
Margarita:
In a shaker combine all liquid ingredients.
Dry shake for 5 seconds, then fill with ice and shake for additional 5 seconds.
Pour into a highball glass with salted rim.
Garnish with fresh jalapeño slice.
