Cranberry sauce

1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 c orange juice or apple cider
½ c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon
4 whole cloves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Simmer until cranberries start to pop – about 10 minutes. Cool completely. Remove cinnamon and cloves before serving.
Notes
Try 1/2 c. OJ and 1/2 c. dry red wine.
