Susan's Lemon Cake

Cake:
Vegetable oil spray for misting the pan
Flour for dusting the pan
1 package (18.25 oz) plain yellow cake mix
1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup hot water
4 large eggs
Glaze:
2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely grated lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly mist a 12-cup Bundt pan with vegetable oil spray and dust with flour. Shake out excess flour.
Place cake mix, gelatin, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low for 1 min, then on medium for 2 more mins.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until light brown and edges pull away, about 40 mins. Let cool 10 mins. Invert onto serving platter.
For glaze: Combine confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Stir until smooth. Spoon over warm cake.
