Country Ribs In Honey Beer Sauce

Ingrédients

2 1/2 to 3 Lbs Pork Country Style ribs

1/2 cup Diced Onion

3 cloves Minced Garlic

1 tablespoons Cooking Oil

3/4 cup Chili Sauce

1/2 cup Веег

1/4 cup Honey

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustered

Instructions

1. Place rib, bone side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn ribs meaty side up. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium sauce pan cook onion and garlic in hot oil till tender. Stir in chili sauce, beer, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustered. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. (You should have about 1 ½ cups of sauce.

2. Spoon some sauce over ribs. Bake, covered, for 60 minutes more or till tender, adding sauce often. Use remaining sauce for dipping while eating.
