5-6 pound pork roast
1 tbsp cumin
2 cups brown sugar
20 oz bottle of Coke
12 oz bottle of red taco sauce
Instructions
Add all ingredients except roast in crock pot. Stir well. Add pork roast and cook on low overnight. Remove roast from crock pot and de-fat as well as you can and shred. Remove as much fat from liquid remaining in crock pot. Thicken with cornstarch. Add back the shredded pork and reheat.
